Upon compliance approval, an issued certificate must be promptly lodged with the council by the pool/spa landowner within 30 days.

Certificate

Council sends notice confirming certificate lodgement date & the next due date, four years later. We’ll contact you 6 months prior to next inspection

I had been putting off getting our pool inspected for quite some time as it all seemed like too much hassle. I was very glad to be introduced to Dave through a recommendation on Facebook. Dave made the process easy. He explained the rules, helped us understand what we needed to fix and suddenly the process was not as daunting as I first thought. Thanks so much for your help, Dave!

Pool Fence Inspection Cost

Initial Consultation

$250

If your pool fence is already compliant, or can be made compliant on the day, the certificate of compliance, Form 23, will be issued on the spot so you incur no extra charges. We will go through any issues with you on the day, explaining why your fence is not compliant and what needs to be done to become compliant. We like to try and educate our customers about the standards so in four years time when it comes time for your next inspection, you know what needs to be done.

Re-Inspection if required

$100

In the event that we do need to come back, you will only be charged a further $100 for the repeat pool fence inspection.

Hot Tip:

Take advantage of our pre-inspection service by sending photos and videos if you think you are almost ready but have any queries. That way we can avoid a re-visit.
